Yes. We offer free estimates from site photos. Please note that most excavation projects are charged on an hourly wet hire basis (equipment with operator).
Yes. All our services are wet hire only — meaning our equipment comes with a skilled and licensed operator. We do not offer dry hire.

We have a 4-hour minimum hire period, which includes 3 hours of working time and 1 hour of travel. Time is then charged in 15-minute increments.
Yes. A 35% surcharge applies to work conducted outside standard business hours, on weekends, or public holidays.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to the minimum hire charge.
Clients must provide safe and legal access to the site and inform us of any underground services or hazards. We follow all Queensland WHS standards to ensure safe operations.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, holding both public liability and machinery insurance for your peace of mind.
Yes. We can haul away excess soil, spoil, and construction waste as part of our services. Please note that waste disposal costs are the client’s responsibility unless included in a fixed quote.
Payment is due at the end of each working day, regardless of job completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.
